SDG 3 GOOD HEALTH AND WELL-BEING

3.3.1 Current collaborations with health institutions

          The university recognizes the importance of maintaining health and has therefore collaborated and provided health services to local and national communities to improve health outcomes and wellbeing. Here are the initiatives for the academic year 2023

At the local level
             The Faculty of Nursing and Health Sciences has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) for the Village Health Volunteer Development Project with the Prachuap Khiri Khan Provincial Public Health Office. This collaboration aims to strengthen community health and quality of life sustainably. The project operates under the “Aor Sor Mor Diamond” capacity-building initiative, focusing on elderly care.

             The Faculty of Nursing and Health Sciences, in collaboration with the Phetchaburi-Prachuap Khiri Khan Traditional Thai Medicine Association, is working to develop and sustain the field of traditional Thai medicine and alternative health care. This initiative aims to preserve the wisdom of traditional Thai medicine and promote alternative health care practices for the benefit of public health.

 

At the national level
                  The Faculty of Nursing and Health Sciences, in collaboration with the Association of Siamese Architects under Royal Patronage, is working on the design and renovation of buildings to establish the Health Promotion and Early Childhood Development Center and the Ban Phet-Rajabhat Day Care Center (Elderly Health Promotion Center). These efforts aim to meet the standards set by the Department of Health, Ministry of Public Health.

At the international level
                   The Faculty of Nursing and Health Sciences at Phetchaburi Rajabhat University has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Hung Kuang University in Taiwan. They have also visited the SIRCOP Center, which is a simulation-based learning center.
