4.3.1 Public resources (lifelong learning)
Phetchaburi Rajabhat University (PBRU) promotes learning with a focus on equal educational opportunities. The university provides public resources and educational facilities that are accessible to everyone, regardless of age. This approach aims to open educational opportunities to all interested individuals. These opportunities can be categorized into two types
Category 1
There are 30 learning promotion locations, divided into :
-Free Access (28 locations): This includes the library, Phetchawanalai Botanical Garden, Think Café, International Culinary School, Digital Center, 20 learning centers both inside and outside the university, exercise facilities, various laboratories, and the Pong Salod campus.
-Paid Access (2 locations): This includes the swimming pool and the Thai Traditional Medicine Clinic
Category 2
There are three types of instructional media:
-Free Access (1 type): E-books.
-Paid Access (2 types): Shortterm training courses and human resources
