The university has established relationships with international organizations by signing academic cooperation agreements, conducting research, exchanging students, and cooperating in arts and culture for sustainable educational quality development. From the past to present, Phetchaburi Rajabhat University has cooperated with educational institutions from abroad such as Southwest Forestry University, Myeik University, TransWorld University, OSAKA University, etc. There were ongoing activities according to the agreements as follows;
