Phethchaburi Rajabhat University constructed buildings as the controlled buildings, therefore they are evaluated their energy use under the significant regulations and methods announced by the minister in the Government Gazette. This regulation seeks organizations’ potential in the improvement of energy saving efficiency, which is also used as a guideline for setting up measures of energy conservation and improvement of energy saving efficiency. The process starts from collecting data, examining and measuring data of energy-use quantity, working hours, analyzing for efficiency value and energy lost, and evaluate its significant use of energy with its worthiness and alignment with equipment possibility regards. This study will provide the information used as a guideline in determining the goal and making the next plan of energy conservation.
